Live Medicinal Leech - Hirudo Verbana (LARGE)

The package is weather sensitive. Open package as soon as received and follow care instructions. Should there be any issue with your leeches on arrival, e-mail us same day with picture of shipping label and dead leech next to it.  We will reimburse for the number of dead leeches or we will credit and include extra leeches with your next order. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.  Please don’t ship damaged order back. We will not honor cost of the product as well as return shipping cost. Just simply e-mail your request with pictures to panacea.leech@gmail.com (refund/credit only).

We are not responsible for “undeliverable address” or PO Box working hours.  No refund will be issued in this circumstance. Please use safe physical address.  

Leeches are live water animals. Shipping time is very important in different weather conditions. We reserve the right to hold leeches due to in-climate weather. Usual shipping time between 2 to 4 days. Our shipping days are Monday through Thursday.  Our processing time is generally one day, and our shipping cut off is 11 AM PST. The processing times will never exceed 3 days regardless of the circumstances. We do not ship leeches on Friday to avoid any mishaps with Saturday/Monday delivery. Shipping within US only by USPS Priority Domestic. We don’t ship to Hawaii and Alaska. We are not responsible for undeliverable address or PO Box working hours. No refund will be issued in this case.  If you'll find dead leech, just send us picture the SAME DAY you receive it, with the leeches and shipping label in the picture and we will refund the cost of dead leech(es).  Please see Refund Policy.
