  • How do I Report a damaged product?
    Open package as soon as received and follow care instructions. The package is weather sensitive. Delivery/transit time is also very important. Should there be any issue with your leeches on arrival, e-mail us same day with picture of shipping label and dead leech next to it. We will reimburse for the number of dead leeches or we will credit and include extra leeches with your next order. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Please don’t ship damaged order back. We will not honor cost of the product as well as return shipping cost. Just simply e-mail your request with pictures to …….. @........ (refund/credit only). We are not responsible for “undeliverable address” or PO Box. No refund will be issued in this circumstance. Please use safe physical address. Can you replace my order? We will reimburse for number of dead leeches or we can credit and include extra leeches with your next order, depending on the availability. We do whatever needed to ensure a happy transaction.
