Open package as soon as received and follow care instructions. The package is weather sensitive. Delivery/transit time is also very important. Should there be any issue with your leeches on arrival, e-mail us at email@example.com AT THE DAY OF DELIVERY with the picture of the shipping label and a damaged leech next to it. We will reimburse for the number of dead leeches or we will credit and include extra leeches with your next order. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Please DON'T ship damaged orders back. We will not honor the cost of the product as well as return shipping cost.
