We take great care in packaging and shipping your leeches to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. However, should you encounter any issues with your order upon arrival, please follow these steps:

Document the issue immediately: On the day of delivery, please email us at sales@buyleechonline.com with the following:

A clear photo of the shipping label (on the original shipping box).

A clear photo of the damaged leech(es) laid flat on a surface, with the box in the same shot for reference, to make it easier to count.

Resolution options: Based on the documentation, we will:

Reimburse you for the number of dead leeches.

Important Notes:

We do NOT accept returns for leeches, so please do not ship damaged orders back to us.

We are unable to reimburse or cover any return shipping charges.
