Return & Refund Policy

We take great care in packaging and shipping live leeches to help ensure they arrive in good condition. Because leeches are live organisms, returns are not accepted. If you experience an issue upon delivery, please follow the steps below.

Reporting an Issue

All issues must be reported on the day of delivery (within 24 hours of delivery confirmation) by emailing sales@buyleechonline.com with the following documentation:

• A clear photo of the shipping label on the original shipping box

• A clear photo of the affected leech(es) laid flat on a surface, with the shipping box visible in the same image for reference and counting purposes

Claims submitted without proper documentation or outside the required timeframe may not be eligible for review.
