The package is weather sensitive. Open the package as soon as it's received and follow the care instructions. Should there be any issue with your leeches on arrival, e-mail us the SAME DAY at sales@buyleechonline.com with a picture of the shipping label and the dead leech next to it. We will reimburse for the number of dead leeches, or we will credit and include extra leeches with your next order. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Please don't ship a damaged order back — we will not honor the cost of the product or return shipping. Simply e-mail your request with pictures (refund or credit only).
We are not responsible for "undeliverable address" or P.O. Box working hours. No refund will be issued in these circumstances. Please use a safe physical address.
